1. How do Bayswater's rates compare?

At Bayswater Car Rental, we are confident of helping you save money over our competitors. By 'competitors' we mean companies, like ours, that provide high quality new cars and all the standard rental car services. You will probably find that we are also considerably cheaper than your local "Rent-A-Wreck", even though they have 5-10 year old cars.

2. Does Baywater Car Rental charge extra incomprehensible fees like most of the other car hire companies?
We have NO hidden fees.
Everything you need to know about what and how we charge is as clear as possible on this website. And we always talk customers through all the details at the counter, just be sure everything is clear.
As stated on the home page and on the Rates & Charges page, we do not charge a vehicle registration recovery fee, a premium location fee or an airport concession fee. And our online quote already includes our Damage Waiver.
Be aware. Unlike Bayswater, in many other Car Rental Companies' quotations, it is not clear whether or not some or all of the above fees are included. In some cases you will not be told about this until you arrive at their counter.
We do not charge an Airport Concession Fee because we are not at Airports. We are not at Airports because of the very high costs involved in operating car hire there. We would rather provide great service from our convenient locations away from the airport and pass the savings on to you.
Perth - We are easily accessible from Perth Airport. It is approximately a 3 km, $15, 10 minute taxi ride to our Bayswater Office.
Sydney - To make it even easier and cheaper for travelers arriving in Sydney, we are offering a FREE SHUTTLE from the airport. Please see the details on the Sydney Airport Shuttle page.

3. What is "reduced damage responsibility" or Damage Waiver Protection?
We have included our Damage Waiver in our online package, which reduces your Damage Responsibility to $300 (for drivers 25 - 79 years old). Many other car rental companies online quotes have a standard damage responsibility of $2,750. To get the same level of reduced risk that we give you, you may have to pay other car rental companies as much as $25 more per day. (For more detail, please go to the Rates & Charges page)
