I would like to thank the team at No Birds Bayswater for helping my husband and I. We were originally given a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. The car’s lights were not very bright, the system seemed a bit outdated making it difficult to use bluetooth for our gps & music, the car struggled to increase speed after the first two seconds and it was not comfortable to drive. We were not sure if this was limited to this car or the model so we called to see if we could switch the vehicle for the remaining week. Over the phone, we were quickly relieved to hear that they would switch our car once we brought it back filled with gas. The next day we passed by and someone quickly came to help us out. Once we explained the situation, the team found a replacement vehicle. We were given a Toyota RAV4 and it was a huge improvement. The car was modern, the bluetooth system only took seconds to connect to, it was very comfortable to drive and it had a larger trunk than the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Even if the switch created a detour in our trip we were happy that we found a solution so quickly and hassle free.

Renting process was awesome! Staff was very friendly & swift in processing. The car I rented was very clean! It's a hybrid car & I definitely recommend to rent this type of vehicle as it saves ALOT of petrol! I want to thank the staff that shared with me the features of a hybrid car. He was really warm & helpful. Returning car process was quick too! There isn't any signature needed. And by the way, you can get a parking lot at No birds Bayswater for just A$15 per day (24hours). It's so much cheaper than parking outside. We are very pleased with the level of service & efficiency! Will definitely rent from No Birds again! It's my trusted car rental company!

How do I collect my SUV rental from Perth Airport?

To avoid expensive rental costs, our Kewdale location is conveniently located five minutes from Perth Airport.

To pick up your rental vehicle, please use our Perth Airport Transfer service. Book online with your rental car for just $5 each way and avoid the Airport queues.

Can I add a baby seat to my booking?

We offer a wide range of high-quality baby seats (that meet Australia's high safety standards) from all our WA locations. All seats are $8 per day. However, we cap this charge at $80. On arrival you can choose the type of seat required from our large selection. You will need to fit the restraint to the vehicle yourself.

How far can I take my rental vehicle out of Perth?

Explore the stunning West Australian coast when you rent from one of our No Birds Car Rental WA locations. Popular coastal destinations such as Albany and Margaret River are perfect for day trips or overnight stays.

Outside of Perth, the terrain can be extremely rugged and unpredictable, hence a once-off fee for remote travel of $150. Visit and array of awe-inspiring outback areas including Kalgoorlie, Kalbarri, Esperance, Monkey Mia, Carnarvon, Meekatharra and Exmouth.

There are five locations in Perth, can I drop off my rental to another location or the Airport?

Yes. When collecting your rental vehicle you can arrange to return to either Perth Airport for a $85 charge or to another No Birds Rental location in WA for $50 charge.

Can I return my car to a Perth location after hours?

Yes. You can still return your No Birds car, even if we are closed. Simply park your rental SUV in our Bayswater Car Rental parking area, lock the vehicle, and drop your keys in the designated key-drop box provided.

Do I need to pay tolls for Perth roads?

No. As there are no toll roads in Perth, an electronic tag for payment is not required.

What are the safety features of my rental?

To ensure your driving safety, all Bayswater cars have airbags, ABS brakes and 4 or 5-star ANCAP safety rating. This means all vehicles have met the strictest international safety standards in independent testing.

Does my SUV rental have reversing cameras?

Yes. All our cars have a reversing camera as standard.
