Rates & Charges
GREAT SAVINGS ON RATES & CHARGES
AS MUCH AS $40 DAY (POSSIBLY MORE)
In order to pass amazing savings on to you, Bayswater Car Rental is structured to keep costs as low as possible.
We have no hidden fees. The following are FEES WE DO NOT CHARGE, even though some of them are standard practice in Australia's rental car industry:

We have over 2500 new Toyota Corollas in stock, which means that, in addition to keeping our rates and charges low, you can be assured of having a reliable, efficient, safe clean car.
Our 7 day car hire specials range from $20-$30 rental per day for drivers aged 25-79.
After including Standard Cover, our 7 day special daily rental rate ranges from $28 to $40, depending on the type of rental car.

Other possible charges you could incur include the following:
E-Tag (Sydney only)
It is difficult to travel around many parts of Sydney without using toll roads and most of them do not accept cash.
All our Sydney rental cars have an E-Tag fitted. Simply drive through the electronic lanes on any toll road and the toll will be deducted from our E-Tag account.
When you return the rental car we charge you for the tolls you have used plus a once-off $5 toll administration fee. If you do not travel on a tolls road you are not charged the $5 toll administration fee.
The administration costs of handling electronic tolls for cars without E-Tags are high. If you remove our E-Tag and do not pay for a toll, we charge a $20 fee per toll.
Optional GPS Satellite Navigation - $5 day
Save as much as $5 day or more (over most car rental companies). Why pay more? Please request your GPS unit when you book your car to be sure you we have one available for your rental.
Optional Interstate or Remote Fees
Sydney, New South Wales. If you rent from our Sydney office, there is a once-off interstate usage fee if you want to travel beyond the NSW border to places like Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane. $100
Perth, West Australia. If you rent from one of our Perth offices and want to travel more than 500 km from Perth, you will have a once-off fee of either $50 (extends usage to places like Kalgoorlie, Kalbarri and Esperance) or $100 (extends usage even further to places like Monkey Mia, Carnarvon and Exmouth).
Possible Damage Costs
If you car is damaged and you have abided by the Terms & Conditions, your costs will be limited to $50 if you have selected Top Cover, $300 if you have selected Standard Cover, or $3000 if you have not selected Top or Standard Cover.

Just on Additional Fees
In Australia, it is standard in the rental car industry to charge fees like the following:
- "Premium" Damage Reduction Fees at as much as $30 day. (This gets you to a similar level of damage responsibility as our standard cover at $10 per day
- Vehicle Registration Recovery Fee at as much as $5 day.
- Airport Concession Fee at as much as $10 day.
- Credit card fees.
Without even including credit card fees, with some other car hire companies, you could be paying as much as $40 per day more for additional fees than you would be charged by Bayswater Car Rental.
Because Bayswater Car Rental doesn't charge any of these fees, if you rent from us, in addition to what we save you with our low rates, we may be able to save you over $40 day in additional fees.
