Question
Some companies have an additional excess for a single vehicle accident. Is this the case with your company and if so how much is it? Your website indicates two levels of normal excess reduction but I can only find reference to the $5 per day which gives the top cover when trying to do an online booking. I have travel insurance which provides $3000 rental car excess. Is this sufficient to cover any damage costs incurred? If not, how much do I need? I would like to include my wife as a co driver for the duration of the hire period. I understand that this incurs a one off $10 fee but I can't find where to include this in your online booking application. Thanking you in anticipation

With Bayswater car hire, the Std Cover Insurance reduce the excess to $300 only. Top cover (excess $50) is optional when you book car online. You do not need to buy any other insurance with us. The online booking includes the Std Cover (excess $300). If you do not want to include the Std Cover and choose a higher excess, please call the pick up location and our friendly staff will be happy to book the car for you.
