Question
Hi, I want to book a car on behalf of a UK resident. It will be his licence number being used and he has a Visa debit card to book it under. I tried booking online but the debit card details were rejected because of the card number wasn't recognised. Can I supply my credit card details? I don't have a licence and won't be driving. thanks. janine
Answer
You can reserve the hire car online with your details. On collection we need the Driver license and credit card (Visa or MasterCard) in same name. The charges are processed at the time of hire car pickup.
