by paying the extra $100 does it give me unlimited km's to travel through nsw and victoria ?

The $100 Fee (once off) covers your insurance while you are driving the hire car interstate. With 5 door New Corolla Hatch and 4 door Corolla Sedan, you get unlimited kms with in NSW; the condition remains same if you travel to interstate. However, you should include the interstate fee to your car hire before you leave NSW.
