This will help ensure you comply with our simple terms and conditions and maintain your great value Damage Reduction.
1. What documents are required to rent a car?
The person renting the vehicle (the renter) needs a full driver's licence (Australian or International) and a Visa or Mastercard. The licence and credit card need to be in the same name. We cannot accept one person's licence with another person's Visa or Mastercard.
2. What are your areas of use?
Youlll find that the areas of use available cover practically all the destinations that travelers are likely to visit.
For example, if you rent in Sydney you are allowed to travel over most of the eastern parts of Australia. For traveling outside New South Wales, a very large state, there is a once off fee to cover extra vehicle wear. West Australia, beyond Perth and the more popular coastal towns, is a pretty rugged place. So there are also once-off extra charges for destinations well outside of Perth. However that leaves extremely popular destinations such as Margaret River, Albany and a large section of the WA coast available to you at no extra charge. 3. Are there any restrictions on taking your cars to the Snowy Mountains?
Our Corolla Sedans are allowed to be driven above the snow-line (i.e. Thredbo, Perisher and other New South Wales destinations above the snow line) at no extra cost. (For hire cars out of Sydney, travel to Victoria’s ski fields will still attract the usual once-off fee for travel outside New South Wales.) 4. Can I have extra drivers?
YES. However additional drivers must be nominated by the Renter. You will need to provide any additional driver's full name, date of birth, address, licence No. & licence expiry date. A once-off cost of $10 per additional driver applies.
5. What about petrol when we return the car?
We ask you to refuel the car back to the level at which you received it. Shortages are charged at $2.00/litre.
